ABOUT THE REPUBLICAN SEMINAR-MEETING ON LEGAL AND PERSONNEL QUESTIONS

In the city of Astana on November 3-4, 2011 within the limits of performance of the Plan of improvement of professional skill for 2011 held another republican seminar-meeting on legal and personnel questions with participation of lawyers and specialists of personnel services RSE «Gosexpertiza», its territorial divisions and branches.
Opening a seminar General director RSE «Gosexpertiza» B.Yerezhepov has highlighted the basic directions of development of legal and human resource components in work of system of state expertise.
On mechanisms of legal maintenance of activity of the state enterprise have informed the head of department of legal maintenance and personnel work Z.Idrisova and the main expert of this department A.Omarova.
With the information on personnel office-work has acted the main expert - personnel officer RSE «Gosexpertiza» G.Kushekbaeva.
According to the Plan the basic themes of a seminar have been certain:
1) an explanation of the antimonopoly law regarding the further activity of the state enterprises and the organizations with the state participation, and also the Law from March, 1st, 2011 «On state property»;
2) practice of application of the Labor code of Republic of Kazakhstan.
For the workshop of a seminar have been invited the deputy director of Department of policy of management by the state actives of the Ministry of economic development and trade D.Adilhan, the head of department on work with legal persons of inter-regional department of the state property and privatization (Saryarka) S.Sarsekova, the main state labor inspector of Committee under the control and social protection of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the population B.Zhumagulov.
