About erection of the triumphal arch in the city in the city of Astana

In Agency on affairs of construction and housing and communal services the presentation of the working draft «the Triumphal arch in area of crossing of street Orynbor and street # 25 of city of Astana» on October, 24th, 2011 has been lead.
Monumental object it was decided to erect before the 20th anniversary of Independence of Republic of Kazakhstan.

The triumphal arch will be located on an entrance highway from the international airport on crossing of street Orynbor with street 25 and by the main facade is focused on street Orynbor. The area in borders of a site makes 5,24 hectares and has the crosswise form in which center the platform of the oval form for accommodation of the most Triumphal arch is located.
The main ornament of a monument become 4 sculptural compositions «Ana», «Wise man», «Batyr» and «Sarbaz», located in corresponding niches. Height of each figure - 4,5 meters. Sculptures will be executed in bronze in a traditional realistic manner and with historical reliability of costumes.
On a background in niches high reliefs of heraldic elements which serve as addition to disclosing the named images settle down.
In the top part of the Triumphal arch from four parties the arms of independent Kazakhstan and an inscription «Mangilik al» will settle down. Also the relief image of the central element of the National flag of Republic of Kazakhstan - the sun and a golden eagle soaring above the country is stipulated.
Inside of an arch aperture at the left on the right bas-reliefs «Uly Kosh» and «Modern Kazakhstan » also will settle down.
