Session of the commission on pricing in construction of intergovernmental council on cooperation in building activity of the states-participants CIS

In capital of Republic of Azerbaijan city Baku, on 20-21th October 2011, 5 session of the Commission on pricing in building activity of the states-participants CIS took place.
Delegations of the Russian Federation, Republic of Azerbaijan, Belarus, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan took part in session.
The keynote address was chairman of the Commission Ermolaev E.E. – head of the federal center of pricing in construction and the industries of building materials of the Ministry of regional development of the Russian Federation. In the performance it has stated questions on creation of the unified interstate system of normative -methodical documents for optimization of cost of construction.
With reports on pressing questions of pricing and budget normalization in building grow, and also about ways and mechanisms of perfection of system of pricing representatives of delegations have acted:
Mirzoev N.Y. - director of the SUE «Center of pricing in construction industry» Agency on construction and architecture of Republic of Tajikistan;
Goroshko L.A. - deputy director of JSC «Republican scientific and technical center on pricing in construction» the Ministry of architecture and construction of Belorus;
Kairova Z.A. - head of Management of budget norms of Department of architecture, design works and budget norms of Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan on affairs of construction and housing and communal services;
Babaev G.G. - deputy head of a department of a science, technology and budget norms of the State Agency under the Control over Security in construction of the Ministry of Emergency Measures of Republic of Azerbaijan.
