Introduction seminar under the joint project of the Government of Republic of Kazakhstan, UNDP and GEF «Energy efficient designing and construction of residential buildings in Kazakhstan»

On February, 16th, 2011 in Astana has been held an introduction seminar on a theme «Energy efficient designing and construction of residential buildings in Kazakhstan» under the project in which participates the Government of Republic of Kazakhstan, the Program of development of the United Nations Organization (UNDP) and Global Ecological FUND (GEF).
From organizers of a seminar participated the UNDP Deputy Resident Representative in Kazakhstan Mrs. Steliana Neder, International Adviser Mark Chao (USA), the Head of Department of preservation of the environment and energy UNDP Kazakhstan Stanislav Kim, Program in Kazakhstan Irina Goryunova, project managers Abylkairova ( Kazakhstan), Elena Rodina (Kyrgyzstan) and Kakhramon Usmanov (Uzbekistan), Project Assistant Elena Yakovleva.
The seminar was attended by representatives of The Ministry of environmental protection, The Ministry of industry and new technologies, Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan on affairs of construction and housing and communal services, akimats regions and cities of Astana and Almaty, The Kazakh scientific research and design experimental institute of earthquake-resistant construction and architecture (RSE «KazNIISSA»), Kazakh leading academy of architecture and civil engineering (RSE «KazGASA») and others scientific, research and design organizations.
From RSE «Gosexpertiza» in a seminar participated the deputy of General director - Scientific secretary Bekmuhambetov S.K., the chief of department of methodology and supply information Akanov E.B., main expert Baltynova G.A. and the chief Industrial department Astana branch Sarsembayeva G.T.
