About new methods and tools of increase of productivity and efficiency of management systems in organizations

On September, 13th, 2011 in Astana there has passed scientifically-practical conference «New methods and tools of increase of productivity and efficiency of management systems in organizations» which organizer have acted as LLC «Intercert Consulting CenterAsia», the International Association of Managers and Auditors of Quality and the Center of certification «InterCert».
At conference there were representatives of the state bodies, the industrial, agrarian and food enterprises, oil-and-gas sector, transport and telecommunications, the financial and educational organizations, establishments of public health services, and also experts of a department of methodology and software RSE «Gosexpertiza».
Conferences included following themes:
- The international and domestic experience on increase of productivity of management systems, development of new strategic approaches and application of innovations;

- Principles and methods of integration of system of a quality management with other systems, methods and tools of management of the organizations («6 sigma», system of the balanced parameters, benchmarking, etc.);
- A quality management in sphere of the government by application of model CAF;
- Practical aspects of constant improvement: from systems of a quality management to Models of excellence.
During conference participants have familiarized with the advanced international and domestic experience in the field of management and development of new strategic approaches and to application of innovations, and also with practical aspects of constant improvement from systems of quality to perfection.
