ABOUT THE NEW TRANSPORT SCHEME OF THE CITY OF ASTANY

RSE «Gosexpertiza» considers the technical - economic feasibility (TEF) by the combined variant of new transport system the capital of Kazakhstan - Astana.
The technical - economic feasibility is developed by Almaty designers from LLC «Kopir Synau» under order SI «Department of passenger transport and highways of Astana.
In conformity the task for development of this predesign documentation in the technical - economic feasibility allocates 3 turns of construction of light rail transport line (LRT) which include:
- 1-st turn on a site - from a complex «Abu Dhabi Plaza» along the street Syganak before crossing with prospectus Kabanbai batir (with inclusion of travel to the depot complex) - under prospectus Kabanbai batir before turning on 9-th kilometer road «Astana-Kievka» up to international airport «Astana»;
- 2-nd turn on a site - from railway station on streets Birzhan Sala, Zataevich and Potanin, then along the street Saryarka and to prospectus Turan with turning on street Syganak aside a complex «Abu Dhabi Plaza» before crossing with prospectus Kabanbai batir;
- 3-rd turn on a site - from railway station along the street Goethe with turn on the prospectus of Republic, then under prospectus Bogenbai batir, on streets Valihanov and Kenesary, further under prospectuses Abylaikhan and Momyshuly, on streets Tauelsizdik and Saraishyk, street 39 with turning on street Syganak up to a complex «Abu Dhabi Plaza».
Rolling stock of type Citadis ALSTOM (France) with the maximal number of transported passengers by one train - 258 person. Length of the wagon of 31,5 m, width - 2,5 m, height of 3,6 m, width of a track - 1,4235 m, in structure of five sections, the maximal speed of movement of 70 km/hours, traction pressure DC 600 B, DC, , capacity of one motor of 100 kw (2 traction carriages on one structure, on each carriage 2 motors), weight of a train of 44,4 tons, the maximal weight at full loading 63,93 tons, the maximal weight on an axis of 12,0 tons. Purchase is planned for:
1-st turn - 12 trains;
2-nd turn - 17 trains;
3-rd turn - 20 trains.
The presentation of the technical - economic feasibility on August, 11th, 2011 took place in Agency of Republic of Kazakhstan on affairs of construction and housing and communal services «New transport system of city of Astana. The combined variant». Separate remarks and offers, including necessarily additional substantiations under the decisions incorporated in the technical - economic feasibility have been stated.
On September, 1st the meeting also took place in the Ministry of transport and communications of Republic of Kazakhstan (MTC) with participation of all interested parties. On results of meeting it is offered to present in MTC additional data on technical parameters LRT.
On September, 14th current year the meeting took place in the Ministry of economic development and trade of Republic Kazakhstan (MEDT RK) also with the invitation of the interested parties. On results of meeting it is entrusted to present in MEDT RK accepted financial and economic parameters
