According to the Decree of the President of Republic of Kazakhstan from July, 21st, 2011 №118 «About the statement the Prospective scheme of territorially spatial development of the country till 2020» the village Koschi should to develop as city-satellite of capital of Kazakhstan.
By the general plan in village Koschi construction of several schools, kindergartens, public buildings, Apartment houses of type «manor» and multi-storey apartment houses is planned.
In this connection for Koschi construction of engineering systems of water supply and the water drain, and also electrosupply is provided.
Earlier RSE «Gosexpertiza» has stated a positive expert estimation to working draft of 1 and 2 turns of water supply, sewer networks and sewer clearing constructions.
Realization of the above-stated projects have greater social importance for the population, improves sanitary and ecological Koschi environment.
