About measures on support of domestic manufacturers building materials, constructions , products, devices, the technological and engineering equipment

In execution of legal decisions of the Government of Republic of Kazakhstan RSE «Gosexpertiza» carries out constant monitoring the Kazakhstan maintenance under civil-engineering designs presented on examination.
RSE «Gosexpertiza» for 6 months 2011 it has been considered 4 thousand 718 units of the design documentation.
The lead analysis of the Kazakhstan maintenance in the civil-engineering designs considered by State examination has shown, that the share of production of the domestic building industry for the first half-year of current year has averaged 59 % from budget cost of construction. Including:
- On objects of construction engineering construction the given parameter has made 73 %;
- On objects of an engineering and municipal infrastructure - 66 %;
- On objects of railway and road construction - 63 %;
- On objects of the main engineering networks - 35 %;
- On objects of oil-and-gas sector - 25 %
- On objects of the industry - 56 %.
At major overhaul and reconstruction of existing objects the share of the Kazakhstan maintenance also has made 69 %.
In all projects, alongside with building materials and products, let out in Kazakhstan, have been used domestic warmly - insulation and roofing materials, sanitary-engineering products (baths steel, heating radiators), and also finishing materials of the Kazakhstan commodity producers (dry building mixes, plasterboard, water-based paints and others).
However constantly spent analysis of the Kazakhstan maintenance in civil-engineering designs shows, that the significant share of need for production (more than 40%) is provided while due to import.
Till now in Republic Kazakhstan there is no manufacture:
- small-sized tubes of metal for internal distributing pipelines of engineering systems;
- effective roofing materials, building glass (including inexpensive energy - effective glass), glazed ceramic tiles, sanitary-engineering products from ceramics, floor coverings and other materials;
- technological equipment and stock for schools, hospitals and other objects of public health services, and also the equipment for engineering systems, machines elevators facilities for mass construction of objects of construction engineering purpose;
- the steel and plastic pipes of the big diameter necessary for the main waterpipes and networks a heat supply, high-efficiency pumps, electrotechnical materials and the equipment, products and the equipment of high-voltage lines and electric substations:
- technological equipment and materials for the energy industry, for objects of oil-and-gas industry.
The resulted list will serve as reference points at realization of industrially-innovative strategy.
