RSE “Gosexpertiza” has considered the working draft "The Centre of blood in Astana"

 According to the Plan of measures on realization of the State program of socio economic development of Astana  for 2006-2010 years, RSE “Gosexpertiza" has considered the working draft "The Centre of blood in Astana сity" (designer - LLC "Astana-Telemet").
 It is supposed, that the given object will be located on the left coast of the river Ishim, in a projected street №23 in area of streets Kabanbay Batyr and Sary–arka in the Astana city.
The projected centre of blood is intended for preparation of blood and its manufactures till 24,0 thousand litres /years and will decide (solve) the following questions:
 to study, to distribute advanced experience and to spend acquisition of the donor staff;
 store up donor blood, both at the centre, and in exit conditions in volumes well-defined by the design assignment;
 to carry out processing donor blood and plasmas on preparations by a method fractionating of plasma of blood by alcoholic deposition with the subsequent clearing of the rests ethyl of spirit by lyophilization;
 to keep the certain stock quick-frozen of blood, its components, preparations of blood, alternate materials of blood, serums and systems for transfusion of blood;
 to provide (partially)  - preventive establishments of city and area with blood, its components, preparations of blood etc.
 In view of brought in on the remarks both offers Gosexpertiza of changes and additions the working draft " The Centre of blood in Astana" was recommended to the statement with the following basic technical and economic parameters:

           The area of a site                       - 4,95 hectare ;
           -   the area of building                - 7192,67 m;
          The common area of buildings     - 20557,72m2;
           Building volume                             - 90433,61m3;
           Capacity of object                        - 24 thousand litres / per one year;
