THE INQUIRY About results of work RSE "Gosexpertiza" for 9 months (January-September, 2007)

        For the period, from January till September, 2007 system RSE "Gosexpertiza" (on republic) are examined 8 329 units of the documentation on construction, from them are recommended to the statement of 8 081 units.
        During consideration of the documentation Gosexpertiza continues to place high emphasis on performance of decisions of Government RK and normative acts of Committee of construction and housing and communal services on improvement of quality of designing, effective and rational use material, financial, fuel-energy, a manpower resources and to questions of a recoupment of capital investments.
        As a result of examination (for the expired period) because of poor quality of the design documentation, described by presence of numerous defects and infringements of normative requirements, 248 units of the documentation are returned on additional work or are rejected.
        On results for 9 months 2007, in projects examined RSE "Gosexpertiza" 145 680 mistakes and defects have been revealed. Most typical of them are:
    -  Unauthenticity of definition of a base bid - 44,4 %;
    -  Neediness of reliability of building designs - 10,1 %;
    -  Defects in decisions on plumbing and sanitary - 8,4 %;
    -  Defects under space-planning and architectonic decisions - 8,1 %;
    -  Defects in decisions on power supply and an energy-saving - 8,2 %;
    -  Insufficiency of initial data, absence of necessary coordination of supervising instances - 4,8 %.
