The system of quality management RSE «Gosexpertiza» has successfully passed certification TUV CERT

At a second international Forum of quality taken place in Almaty city  «TQM-2007» certificates TUV CERT confirming conformity of system of quality management RSE «Gosexpertiza» to requirements of international standard ISO 9001:2000 are handed officially over.

At a choice of the international body on certifications, management RSE «Gosexpertiza» has made the choice in favour of the largest German body TUV CERT, whose certificates of conformity admit worldwide and which clients are many largest global companies.

According to General director B.Yerezhepova RSE «Gosexpertiza» of Committee of construction and housing and communal services under the Ministry of industry and trade of Republic of Kazakhstan, a recognition of system of a quality management of the enterprise corresponding the international standard - a result of its effective work for last year.

Earlier, by domestic body on certification of LLC «The center of certification «InterCert» is given out the certificate of conformity ST RK  ISO 9001-2001 which is registered in the State register of the State system of certification of Republic Kazakhstan.

According to the Message of the President of Republic Kazakhstan «Strategy of Kazakhstan-2030» at a new stage of development of Kazakhstan» in July, 2006 RSE «Gosexpertiza» the beginning of work on construction of system of a quality management which was successful it is introduced in activity of the enterprise in March, 2007.

During introduction and by results of the audits of all levels lead at the enterprise the integrated model of system of a quality management has been constructed, the system of measurement and monitoring of processes acting the enterprise that has allowed to raise essentially efficiency of the organization of carrying out of state expert appraisal of projects is completely advanced, to improve quality of expert works and reliability of an estimation of results of work of activity of State examination. It is necessary to note, that integration QMS into expert activity of the enterprise promoted increase of a level of ordering and the organization of the account of all internal on enterprise and external documentation.

Now, RSE «Gosexpertiza» which represents uniform republican system of state expert appraisal of projects, being based on experience of the Basic enterprise, it is going to introduce up to the end of 2007 systems of a quality management and to lead their certification on conformity of domestic and international quality standards ISO of a series 9000 in all branches which are being the regional centers of Kazakhstan.
